Deine Aufgaben

Bist du bereit, als Backend Entwickler:in (w/m/d) in einem dynamischen Team die Zukunft der Gebäudetechnologie zu prägen? Deine verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben umfassen:

Entwirf und implementiere REST APIs, um die Funktionalität unserer Plattform zu erweitern.
Pflege und optimiere dabei unser Backend, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
Arbeite eng mit unseren Energiesystemingenieuren zusammen, um einen Stream-Processing-Dienst zur Überwachung von Sensordaten zu weiterzuentwickeln.
Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer autonomen Gebäudesteuerung und schaffe einen messbaren Impact.
Du bist an der Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Features und Microservices beteiligt, um unsere Produkte auf das nächste Level zu bringen und unsere Kunden zu begeistern.
Zudem entwickelst du zusammen mit dem Team Datenintegrationsdienste basierend auf Apache Camel.
Außerdem führst du regelmäßige Code-Reviews und Tests durch da die Qualität bei uns an erster Stelle steht.
Deine proaktiven Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge sind uns wichtig – trage aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Bachelorabschluss (oder höher) in Informatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung?
Du hast Lust auf ein dynamisches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld?
Du erkennst komplexe Probleme im Kern und findest pragmatische Lösungen?
Du krempelst die Ärmel hoch, arbeitest selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert?

Deine Qualifikationen

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Du bringst Praxiserfahrung von 2-3 Jahren mit sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Backend-Entwicklung. Im Idealfall liegt deine Expertise auch in der Implementierung und Migration von Services in Cloud-Umgebungen.
Python ist für dich nicht nur eine Schlange? Du beherrschst es wie deine eigene Muttersprache oder eine andere objektorientierte Programmiersprache.
SQL und du, ihr seid ein unschlagbares Team! PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic – das sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern Tools, die du im Schlaf anwenden kannst.
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit Docker Swarm und Kubernetes sammeln können.
REST-APIs sind für dich wie der Kaffee am Morgen – unverzichtbar! Mit OpenAPI, Flask, FastAPI – kennst du dich aus und hast bereits Erfahrung bei der Implementierung und Dokumentation sammeln können.
Mithilfe automatisierter Testing-Verfahren sorgst du für eine kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle und Optimierung.
Bonuspunkte gibt es von uns für gutes Deutsch, Zeitreihendatenbanken, Systemarchitektur und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit.

Your tasks

Are you ready to shape the future of building technology as a Backend Developer (f/m/d) in a dynamic team? Your responsible tasks include:

Design and implement REST APIs to extend the functionality of our platform.
Maintain and optimize our backend to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with our energy system engineers to further develop a stream processing service for monitoring sensor data.
Take responsibility for the further development of our autonomous building control system and create a measurable impact.
You will be involved in the further development of innovative features and microservices to take our products to the next level and inspire our customers.
You will also work with the team to develop data integration services based on Apache Camel.
You will also conduct regular code reviews and tests as quality is our top priority.
Your proactive ideas and suggestions for improvement are important to us - actively contribute to the success of our company.

Your profile

Do you have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field?
Are you interested in a dynamic and solution-oriented working environment?
Do you recognize complex problems at their core and find pragmatic solutions?
Do you roll up your sleeves, work independently and are results-oriented?

Your qualifications

You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
You have 2-3 years of practical experience and good knowledge of backend development. Ideally, your expertise also lies in the implementation and migration of services in cloud environments.
Python is not just a snake to you? You know it like your own first language or another object-oriented programming language.
SQL and you are an unbeatable team! PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic - these are not just words to you, but tools that you can use while you sleep.
You have already gained experience with Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
REST APIs are like coffee in the morning for you - indispensable! You know your way around OpenAPI, Flask, FastAPI and have already gained experience in implementation and documentation.
With the help of automated testing procedures, you ensure continuous quality control and optimization.
We give you bonus points for good German, time series databases, system architecture and a strong problem-solving ability.
